Jahkil Jackson launched his “Project I Am” organization at just 8 years old. Since Chicago has rallied around him to help hand out thousands of his “Blessing Bags.” This weekend he’s celebrating four years of philanthropy and inviting the public to help with a free skating party that will also give folks a chance to pack a few “Blessing Bags.”
