This youth-driven initiative empowers young people across the globe to step into leadership through service. By introducing youth to hands-on volunteer opportunities and meaningful conversations around empathy, equity, and impact, we’re helping shape a generation of changemakers who lead with compassion and confidence.

Through Afterschool Community Service Clubs, participants learn what it means to take action in their communities, grow their leadership skills, and spark change among their peers.

To date, we’ve successfully expanded to youth networks in Florida, Missouri, New York, Georgia, France, and Canada and we’re continuing to build momentum.

Project I Am: Next Up isn’t just about packing bags or tracking hours. It’s about empowering youth to lead with purpose, fostering youth-led impact, and equipping students with the tools to build a more caring world.
